Cancellation policy for consumers

Right of cancellation

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us by a clear statement, for example by letter or email:

You may use the sample cancellation form below, but it is not mandatory. Sending your cancellation notice before the cancellation period expires is sufficient.

Effects of cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs, except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us. The refund will be made without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive your cancellation notice.

We will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the cancellation. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period expires.

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

Return costs

Return costs depend on weight and shipping type:

  • Standard parcel shipping up to 30 kg: approximately 5-15 EUR depending on carrier and insurance.
  • Freight shipping above 30 kg: approximately 100-150 EUR for bulky freight returns.

Important: Heavy items such as paramotors can cause significant return costs. Please contact us before returning heavy equipment so we can discuss the safest and most cost-effective shipping option.

Inspection and value loss

You only have to pay for any loss in value if that loss results from handling the goods beyond what is necessary to check their condition, properties, and functionality.

You may inspect goods as you would in a shop: unpacking, visual inspection, checking materials, fitting a harness or helmet, and a brief functional check within a reasonable scope.

Intensive use is not covered by normal inspection. Examples include multiple flights with a paraglider or paramotor, visible wear, dirt, damage, or using emergency equipment in a way that destroys its new condition.

Return guidance

  • Use the original packaging where possible.
  • Return the goods complete, including accessories and manuals.
  • The goods should be clean and undamaged.
  • We recommend insured shipping.

Spare parts and sealed hygiene items

Standard spare parts generally have the same fourteen-day cancellation right as new goods. You may unpack and inspect them, but installation and repeated use may lead to value compensation.

Sealed hygiene items, such as helmet liners or ear pads, can no longer be cancelled after the seal has been removed if they are unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons.

Exclusions

The right of cancellation does not apply, or may expire early, for goods that are custom-made to customer specification, sealed hygiene items after unsealing, perishable goods, or goods that have been inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.

Voluntary 30-day return policy

In addition to the statutory cancellation right, we grant a voluntary 30-day return option from receipt of the goods. The customer bears the return shipping costs. Your statutory fourteen-day cancellation right remains unaffected.
