1. Scope and contracting party

These terms and conditions apply to contracts for the delivery of goods concluded between:

and a consumer or business customer.

2. Contract formation

Product presentations in the online shop are not legally binding offers. They are an invitation to place an order.

By clicking the order button in checkout, the customer submits a binding offer to purchase the goods in the cart.

We confirm receipt of the order by email. This confirmation does not yet constitute acceptance unless expressly stated. The contract is concluded when we hand the goods to the carrier within two days or send a separate order confirmation.

3. Prices and payment

All prices include statutory VAT where applicable and exclude shipping costs unless stated otherwise.

Available payment methods may include PayPal, credit card via PayPal or Stripe, Apple Pay, Google Pay, bank transfer, manual payment after review, store credit, gift voucher, or payment on pickup where offered.

Payment providers may include PayPal, Stripe Payments Europe Ltd., and other manually configured payment methods. Payment data is processed by the selected provider as required for order handling. Details are available in our privacy policy.

Reference prices and discounts may refer to the manufacturer's recommended retail price according to the applicable price indication rules.

4. Delivery and shipping

Delivery is available within Germany and EU countries unless stated otherwise for a specific product.

Delivery time for stocked goods is usually 1-3 business days after contract formation, or after receipt of payment for prepayment orders. Express delivery may be available when offered in checkout.

Standard parcel shipping up to 30 kg

  • Germany: 5.90 EUR
  • EU countries: 12.90 EUR
  • Free shipping: from 100.00 EUR order value within Germany, unless excluded.

Freight shipping above 30 kg

  • Germany: 129.00 EUR for bulky freight.
  • EU countries: 200.00 EUR for bulky freight.
  • Free shipping above 100.00 EUR does not apply to freight shipping.
  • Typical freight delivery time: 5-10 business days.

The applicable shipping type is shown on the product page where relevant.

5. Retention of title

The delivered goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

6. Warranty

Statutory warranty rights apply. For business customers, the warranty period for delivered goods is twelve months from delivery where legally permitted. For consumers, statutory warranty periods apply.

7. Liability

We are liable without limitation for damage resulting from injury to life, body, or health, for intentional or grossly negligent breaches of duty, for guarantees where agreed, and where product liability law applies.

For slight negligence involving essential contractual duties, liability is limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract. Further claims for damages are excluded where legally permitted.

8. Dispute resolution

The European Commission discontinued the online dispute resolution platform on July 20, 2025. We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

9. Cancellation right and voluntary returns

Consumers have a statutory fourteen-day cancellation right. Details are provided in our cancellation policy.

In addition, we grant a voluntary 30-day return option. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer. This voluntary return option does not limit statutory rights.

10. Final provisions

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory consumer protection rules of the customer's country of residence remain unaffected where applicable.

If the customer is a merchant, legal entity under public law, or public-law special fund, the place of jurisdiction is the seller's registered place of business.

11. Cookies, privacy, newsletter

We use cookies and similar technologies. Non-essential cookies are used only after consent. Cookie settings can be adjusted through the footer link where available.
