Bravo FL-105 with Factory-R
Bravo also offers the FL-105 in its configurator with the Vittorazi Moster 185 Factory-R, the sporty version of the Moster 185. According to Vittorazi it delivers 27 HP at 8,800 rpm, weighs 13.8 kg and starts by hand with the Soft Starter System 3S.
The frame is the same as on the other FL-105 versions. The set includes the 130 cm Helix propeller and a harness of your choice: Dudek Comfort Low or APCO SLT MKII. The picture shows the Moster 185 Plus version.
Small offset spacers compensate the engine torque. They are simple, light and quick to adjust – and according to the manufacturer they keep the paramotor accurately in straight flight.
Swing arms look like a simple solution, but they make a big difference to handling and comfort.
According to Bravo, many lengths and shapes were tested until the arms suited almost every pilot. They are CNC machined from 7075 aluminium.
The attachment of the swing arms to the frame is a critical safety point and is therefore designed to be particularly strong.
The arms pivot around a CNC machined bush welded directly onto the frame, so they are attached to a structural part of the paramotor.
Simple, clean and easy to use: the cage connectors are made of stainless steel and fitted with anodised aluminium push pins.
This keeps the gap between the cage sections small and smooth, so the glider lines slide over it cleanly during launch.
According to Bravo, the main frame is the result of months of development and flight testing.
The goal: as few tubes as possible while keeping the frame strong and durable.
There are no side tubes next to the fuel tank, so the fuel cap is freely accessible and refuelling is quick.
Type approval and load tests
A Romanian type approval exists for the Bravo FL105: Certificat de omologare No. 042 dated 16 November 2023, issued by Aeroclubul României under the Romanian ultralight regulations (RACR-CCO ULM).
According to the manufacturer, the tests included a breaking test of the swing arm, strap and carabiner assembly at 7 G, as well as tests of the engine mount and the fuel tank mount – together with the certified Dudek Comfort Low harness.

According to Vittorazi the Factory-R delivers 27 HP at 8,800 rpm and weighs 13.8 kg; it starts by hand only with the Soft Starter System 3S. The Moster 185 Plus has 25 HP and is also available with dual start.
