The APCO F7 is, according to APCO, the manufacturer’s most beginner-friendly paramotor wing. Its new profile is built for safety, stability and ease of use and is aimed at trainee pilots and flight schools. The risers are high- and low-hang-point ready out of the box, and the SRS system makes inflation easier.
According to APCO, the F7 is the most beginner-friendly paramotor wing the manufacturer has made. The all-new profile is designed for safety, stability and ease of use; APCO presents it as a step more forgiving than the F5 and the F5 School version.
The F7 is intended primarily for schools and pilots at the start of their flying. The Mohawk supports roll and pitch stability; the brake system and risers are simplified.
The risers are prepared for low and high hook-in points; with high hook-in points the upper anchor point is used.

APCO describes the Mohawk® centre stabiliser as giving “next-level roll stability”. Combined with the wing’s direct handling, it forms a coherent overall package, according to APCO.
Risers, SRS and hang points
APCO designs the risers for clarity and ease of use, which supports students as they learn. They are high- and low-hang-point ready out of the box. The in-house SRS riser system makes inflation easier than ever before, according to APCO.
Trimmers, brakes and handling
APCO describes a simple, responsive brake system for precise yet gentle steering. With the trimmers closed, the approach becomes slow and allows a highly effective flare, according to APCO; the long, progressive brake travel lets energy bleed off gradually. APCO calls the handling more direct and responsive than the rest of the F family.
Construction and materials
According to APCO, the materials and techniques used typically last well beyond their expected lifespan. The bottom surface uses a lighter material to save weight, while the top surface uses the manufacturer’s double-siliconized cloth for durability where most lift is generated. The unsupported ribs are made of lighter material too. The top lines run into embedded hook-in points made of Dyneema fibre, which APCO states are life-time guaranteed.
Colours
The F7 is available in Red and Maccabi. In addition, APCO offers wings on request with custom colours or with a company or sponsor logo.

Yes. According to APCO the risers have two hang points; with a high hang point the upper point is used. APCO notes that brake length should be adjusted and the wing inflated before the first flight, as it is preset for low hang points from the factory.
